Prosper REI is a real estate investment company whose mission is to create quality investments backed by reliability, communication, and commitment to uplift communities by providing safe and affordable living. The Prosper REI team has invested in real estate since 2013 and collectively has over $24M in assets under management, including $8.5M in new development across east central Illinois and eastern Iowa.  Our core focus lies in the development and acquisition of multifamily and industrial flex assets as value-add long-term buy and hold investments. The team has hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate investing as owner-operators, including acquisitions, property management, construction management, and financials.
